When emotions become overwhelming and we are unable to control them, this is the point where we have angry outbursts and our emotions can get out of control.In this situation we can be a threat, not only to others, but also to ourselves. If we know that we are prone to anger outbursts, then we should stand up , face the facts as they are , and evaluate our anger. When we are making the evaluation , we are studying what the causes are, what could be the solution of our problem, and how significant our problem really is.
