We all know we have those hot buttons that set our hearts racing and our blood boiling. The goal is to handle those emotional fire storms before they take us over and we then have to deal with guilt, self-punishment and further pain and suffering. Anger is an energy, that when focused and channeled, we can act positively, but when our anger is out of control, it will drive away those whom we love the most and endanger our daily, normal existence!
