The decision to take an anger management class can be difficult. The toughest part for most people is accepting or taking responsibility for ones own behavior. Most of us tend to blame others for our own bad behavior or even for our own emotional experiences. The fact is, others don't "make" us do or say or feel anything. These are choices we make and ultimately have to live with. The first step to getting help is recognizing that we are not perfect and that our anger is affecting those around us in a negative way.
