Anger bursts forth from the depths of a person when something undesirable happens. The outbursts may take the form of violent responses, resulting in undesirable situations. When anger is analyzed with a calm mind, it is found to follow a stepwise sequential pattern usually; starting with disappointment which turns to hurt feelings which leads to an unforgiving spirit which in turn creates a lot of resentment leading to hatred and finally, the desire to take revenge. Thus this emotion of anger eats into the rational mind of a person and results in very unfavorable outbursts which do irreparable damage to a situation.
