When you are really angry about something another person has done, it totally consumes you. Your adrenaline skyrockets and your mind races a million miles an hour trying to think of some way to make them pay. The natural fleshly response is to hurt them the way they have hurt you. What you don't realize is that all the time spent thinking of ways to get revenge wreaks much more havoc in your own life than the life of the other person, and you can never get that valuable time back.
