Anger is a natural emotion that everybody feels and endures. Normally in our daily lives we come across situations that make us angry. Anger can be either negative or positive and this directly depends on the person handling the emotion and their levels of anger management skills. People handle the emotion of anger differently. People who have the ability to turn a bright light of positivity on within themselves and can turn their anger towards that light are the ones who have the ability to control their anger.
