Can I help you understand the conflict and irony, the frustration and agony in the circumstance at hand, or perhaps you can see that some frustration is just what the doctor ordered. Frustration uhas consumed me for much too long and it's frustrating that I know this but yet have been unable to break its hold. It's naturally consuming and I am engulfed and covered p in it smothered so badly that movement brings no relief, breathing sucks it in more, and sitting still increases the discomfort.
