Anger - How to Release Negative Feelings

Do you have negative feelings? Here is a way to remove them and get on with your life. Sit with your hands on your heart, and allow your negative feelings to be felt. Recognize them and just be with them. Breathe in and imagine that you are inhaling tolerance. Breathe out and imagine exhaling judgment.
