We have all been there at one point of time or another in our lives when we didn't know how to handle anger issues and we look back at a situation that made us angry and we think to ourselves "What the heck was I thinking?" I know I have a couple of those times where I think back and cringe at the idea of me blowing up and yelling at someone and then another time where I didn't express how I really felt. If I would have known then what I know now, I definitely would have handled these situations differently. Learning better communication skills is the key to avoiding this feeling in the future and I hope the tips I'm going to share with you can help.
