When you are in an angry state, do not say anything or react because you will live to regret it later! First and foremost remove yourself from the situation that is causing or provoking your anger. Remember your anger affects those around you, including children, whether it is directly or indirectly. If you can get a hold of your anger before it gets a hold of you and your life, your anxiety and stress levels will come down and a positive attitude will rise! Try using my simple techniques below.
