Managing Anger - Why Do I Feel So Angry?

We are faced with difficult situations or people on a daily basis. Usually we are able to shrug off the negative treatment we receive due to these. There are times, however, that we have a tendency to take things to heart and allow ourselves to become very angry, not managing anger. This can lead to further problems in our personal relationships as well as adding unnecessary stress to our lives.
