Most of us are upset all the time. The basis of our upset is suppressed anger and rage. When we express the anger we make things even worse. We hurt others and destroy relationships. At the very base of our anger is resentment. If you could learn to remain calm in the moment of stress and not become resentful, your problems would be on the mend. A proper meditation is the key to this marvellous skill.
