Often anger comes from hate of some kind and if not dealt with, a person will act out this aggressive behavior and can put themselves and those around them at risk. A person who regularly acts out their anger may have underlying issues that haven't been diagnosed. These issues could be related to alcohol and/or drug abuse, or possibly some form of mental illnesses.
